Iceland
In 2023, my wife and I traveled to Iceland—a less common choice for a honeymoon, yet perfect for us. Following Route 1 around the island, we encountered landscapes shaped by raw, elemental forces. The experience reignited my desire to paint, turning a quiet habit into a committed practice. Back home, I worked in my studio with the photographs and videos I had gathered. One day, I hope to return and paint the land directly, in the open air.
